Has your church thought about making the most of Easter by doing a letter box drop inviting your parish to church?
Thought about it but don’t know anyone who could do you up a nice little postcard to get printed? Not every church has within its body of believers a gifted graphic desinger. So Praise God he has gifted his wider church with people who are willing to share their gifts in this area.
A website I am frequenting a lot a the moment is CreativeMYK. Its inspiring and has some great graphics I am using for our welcome screen at church and also for my macbooks background. My favourite image is this one at the moment. This site is full of sermon slides images, great scripture graphics, and resources for event brochures, postcards, powerpoint etc.
Some are .jpg, some are .psd which you can edit in Illustrator and customise them to your church needs. Either way this is a valuable resource to any church.

Hey Hayley,
This year we are doing something a little different we are giving away free little Yard Signs to stick in your front garden to promote our Easter service which is called “Bricks and Sticks” Right now we have local council voting, and rather than promote a person, we figured Jesus would be pretty good. You can see the graphic in our web sliders in spot no.2 http://www.churchofcelebration.com
Hey Duncan,
SOUNDS great… love the graphics on your site –
I really like it – and it is a clever campaign for easter, especially in context with what is happening in your local area…..
I’d love for our lawns to wear it loud and proud too but we don’t have gardens… ahhh city living
Praying bricks and sticks brings MUCH glory to Christ our risen King.
These are great ideas, what about a film show with the new Easter preparation and teaching film series “The Liturgy Series.” You can access the website: http://www.bigbookfilms.com/
